Kevin Marchesi and his crew at Oakwood were professional even with me being very picky. They always resolved any issues in a timely,professional manner.
We were very disappointed that Oakwood Construction did not keep appointments and follow through with installing a lock box on our house when we had to be off the premises due to the final floor refinishing process. Also more care could have been given to prevent floor dents when moving appliances back in.
The workmanship was bad. The time restraints were bad. The scheduling was bad. The overall quality was bad.

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
