I'm so glad that I found NW Builders & Renovation. I have a very tall old house that had a lot of other roofers refusing to work on it because of accessibility issues. Eric, the lead and company contact was easy to talk with and answered all of my questions, with no pressure. The work proceeded when it was supposed to, and even thought it rained on one of the days they were working, no damage happened due to their speed in getting plastic up over the open roof. The work looks fantastic and they cleaned up the whole area, so there was barely any debris left. I will reach out to them again in the future for more work, and I plan to recommend them to friends who need roof work done.

I would not recommend this company..we asked them to build a deck for us..my husband asked for a railing along the back of the deck..when the project was done there was no back railing..we asked the Forman about it and he said he didn’t have the material to do the railing..we noticed plenty of materials to complete this task..but since we didn’t have this request in writing we gave Nw another chance on our roof..their workers took off with two boards in the back of his truck that we where charged $105 each for ..and they didn’t complete the soffits that we hired them to do..company refused to complete the work..

I felt like they were very knowledgeable with good consistent and direct communication. They kept me updated throughout the process.

They came faster than scheduled. They had days picked out, but they got me in faster.

NW Builders & Renovation inc and Eric, the project manager, did a great job explaining all the materials and steps to us. They were able to pull in the installation date and complete all the work in four days, just before the big rain arrived.
