Areas Of Satisfaction - We had a meeting and he was on time. My dad had a leak on his roof and he managed to call me back while he was in Arkansas. Which I thought with him calling back he went above and beyond. The communication was excellent and they cleaned up the site. I would highly recommend them.

The owner, Craig Rohrer, promptly came out to give an estimate and to explain material options. I had several estimates. I hired Nu-Way based on the reviews, workmanship I saw on neighborhood homes, Nu-way's warranty, number of years in business, and they had the proper insurance coverage for contractors working on my home. I am in the process of purchasing another home and I plan to hire Nu-Way for all exterior work I will need: roofing, windows, doors and siding. No one can talk me into hiring someone else. I deal with business owners all day long and I know a great business when I see one. You will not go wrong hiring Nu-Way Builders.

Sales Knowledge - Craig thoroughly explained the process from the beginning and was on the job each day (on the roof- not just looking from the street) to check the quality and timeliness of the work being performed.

Professional & Organized - The owner, Craig Rohrer, had the proper materials on the site and the crew was there on time. Nu-Way had the proper insurance coverage, which is only one of the reasons I chose Nu-Way over other six contractors biding on the job. The average homeowner does not know that if your contractor does not have workman's comp insurance and someone on the job gets injured- the homeowner is opening themselves up to serious liability.
Communication
Communication - Awesome crew! I needed to leave my home a few hours each day while the crew was working and I was 100% comfortable doing so. Nu-Way came highly recommended and the words " honest & trustworthy" came up each time I checked Nu-Way's references.

Clean & Safe - The site was cleaned and organized each day. At no time did I feel worried about the project. The crew was respectful of my landscaping and when the job was completed- there was no sign of construction other than a beautiful roof.
Work Done Right
Work Done Right - When I hired Nu-Way , I did not realize Craig Rohrer, the owner, would stop over each year to climb up on the roof to do a free inspection on the job they did. I've had my roof for 6 years and Craig has shown up for 6 years in a row to take a look. BIG BONUS! I am not aware of another exterior contractor that provides that service. I have had no issues at all with my roof.

Craig's professionalism was evident even from the initial contact, prior to securing the bid. He was on time and clear in his explanation of the product and process. Once he started our job we were impressed that he remained onsite the entire time the roof was being removed and installed. His crew were organized, efficient and clothed appropriately! We have a lot of landscaping that needed to be protected from shingle removal. Craig and his crew of workers were able to cover everything so that we didn't lose any of our precious flowers, shrubs and bushes. Many of the other residents in our neighborhood have commented on the rejuvenated appearance of the property since Nu-Way Builders replaced our roof. Seemed a little odd to get excited about a new roof, but the difference it made in the entire appearance of our home was nothing short of exciting! Our "Nu" roof is beautiful! Colin J.
