High quality materials. Superjob cleaning up. Believe it or not, great price. I needed 10 roof boards. All were included in the price. Absolutely no surprises.

Long Home crushed my driveway, told me they were working with the logistic company to fix it and now no one will return any correspondence. I will recommend stay away from this company, and report it to the BBB.

They worked with us through several design changes

I had my roof replaced on 10/20/25. The crew did a good job (I think, I'm not a roof expert). On 10/23, the project manager emailed me photos of the work and said via email, "you will be receiving a paid-in-full receipt and the warranty once the project has been closed. You will also be receiving a warranty in the mail from Certainteed once our legal department registers the roof with them."

I emailed the project manager on 11/17 (four weeks after the project was completed), letting her know I had not received the paid-in-full receipt or the warranty. As of 11/22/25, she has not replied.

I contacted customer service (customersupport@longhome.com) on 11/20, and so far (11/22), no response.

I understand that maybe it takes longer than a month to get the final documentation to the customer. What I don't understand is the inability to take two minutes to respond to an email, and it worries me that this may mean that if I ever have any issues with the roof, it will not be easy getting a hold of anyone at Long Home.

The rotten SOFFITS were not replaced....Mike Lyons allocated up $11 grand for wood replacement....The new wood did not come close to that estimate. He even pointed out where he could poke a hole in the wood.......that area was patched. The house is over 60 years old....that wood needed replacement.

Took 3 months from signing of the contract to installing the roof and this was supposed to be an emergency works because of active leak on my roof.

Did whole job in one day.

Poor communication, but they got the job done while making my gutters fail to work and with no support for over a dozen follow-up requests. Thanks!

Overall a decent experience. There were some minor scheduling complications. Price was above what I expected to pay, but decided to move forward because of previous good experience with Long and apparent quality of the materials for the roof.

They stand behind the project.

Our roof was over 35 years old. It looks like a million dollars now. The workers arrived on the me and finished early. They cleaned up the yard and removed all of the excess nails. Outstanding job!!!
