From the initial meeting where we discussed the project and all subsequent meetings, Joe was thorough, helpful and prompt. Although we did not actually approve the project for several months after the initial meeting, Joe was always available for questions. Once we signed the contract the work began when promised, was completed in the timeframe they stated and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Too often you hire a contractor who makes promises that are never kept but not the crew at Northwind. HIGHLY recommend!

Quality work and very efficient. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the yard and double checking for any nails. The roof looks wonderful! I’m very impressed with the whole process.
