Before talking to anyone else, talk to Northside Building Services. You will find out that they're the best. When you are talking to somebody, you know when they know what they are talking about. They don't hesitate and tell you how good the product is that they use. I tell the neighbors you can get it cheaper, but you wouldn't get it better, and it lasts longer. A neighbor had hers done, and they weren't professional and you could tell. The quality of the materials wasn't as good, and the workmanship wasn't as good either. What impressed me was that they knew their stuff, they did it quickly and didn't hesitate to get it right the first time.
Let me start by saying that Bryan Clark remained very positive during this whole process. We had the unfortunate event of having roof damage during a storm. The insurance company only wanted to do a small portion of the roof. He was steadfast and represented us firmly! He kept up with the documentation that they kept losing and eventually able to get us a new roof! Now that the roof was approved… the crew did a fantastic job of installing and cleaning up. Our new roof added so much more beauty to our home! I can’t say enough positive things about Northside Building Services! They were phenomenal through this whole process. Thank you to Bryan and his crew!
They did an excellent job except for when we developed roof nails in our tires. They tried to blame us and would not cover it. We don't have roof nails around our house. They tried to say that we had nails around our house. That may or may not be the case, but we do not have roof nails around the house. They did not want to take care of it. That is a serious problem. They don't stay involved after they get their money. Other than that, everything was excellent. They were on time, did what they said, and they stayed there the whole time. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you end up with roof nails in your tires. We had expenses because of it, and they said that it was not their problem.

Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of NORTHSIDE BUILDING SERVICES as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
