Northern Lights was really great at helping us navigate our first roof replacement as homeowners. We of course had some bumps along the way, but that's to be expected with such a huge project and undertaking including solar panels and gutters, not just the roof... and the company was great about fixing things and being reachable and understanding. Jeff helped us tremendously over the course of our project. I gave them five stars because of this. There's no four and a half option haha. But definitely more than a four. Overall we were very happy with the communication and the entire process. It was nice to have a team of people that I trusted to take care of things and deal with my insurance. I would definitely recommend Northern Lights as a contractor!

The craftsmanship of their work was very good. I was very happy with their work. They did a good job communicating with me and being up front about the costs, the payment schedule and how things will go with the job. That was a peace of mind for me because I knew where things would be at in terms of cost and the payment schedule. The job went very well. There were some complications with the house that had to be sorted out, and they did a good job. We got together and talked about the details on how the various complications were solved and how it was going to come together.

I am likely to recommend Northern Lights Exteriors because they are an incredible company, I can't recommend them more highly.

We had the Hardie Board installed on both the house and barn. We also had matching stone from our house installed on the barn and it's beautiful! Our place looks very cohesive now. Crews installed both the siding and stone quickly and efficiently once we got on the schedule.

Overall I am completely satisfied and would recommend.

From a work product and team perspective this is a 5 for me. My bid from Northern Lights was about 50% higher than the competitive bids I received. I'm sure there is good reason for this, but it would impact the value component of my recommendation. Our project was related to an insurance claim so I wasn't shopping based on price.
