We had out roof and siding repaired due to hail storm was not an easy of a process as originally told. I recommend getting several quotes and watch the claim carefully and note what would be replaced It was our unfortunate result of getting a bad claim adjuster in the beginning which ended dragging the process out longer than expected there were communication issues on the insurance side and contractors side where I needed to be more involved with contractor and insurance than originally was told by both parties. Resolution was finally made and claim settled just took from sept to January to complete.
Northern Lights Exteriors did a great job from start to finish. The Bid was clear and straight forward. Installation quick and well done. And lastly, a problem w/ the City permit concerning materials used was quickly cleared up.

After a lot of research and interviewing multiple companies for a total siding replacement job, we chose Northern Lights to install Hardie siding and trim. It was a great decision. Mack, Cesar and the entire team did an an absolutely fantastic job with our siding replacement. From the bidding process through the completion of the job, their communication and transparency were excellent. They were up front with the "extras" that an 83 year old house would require to properly install the Hardie siding, and because of this there were no surprises when the work actually began. During work, the site was kept clean and the crew was always polite, friendly and hard working.In all honesty, the project turned out far better than we'd ever hoped!

Upon hiring Northern Lights for my complicated roof project I could not be happier with the service, value and quality I received. My project manager Jeff Crowley keep me apprised of my project dates, but didn't bog me down with unnecessary information. The project was smooth from start to finish and even came in under budget which came in handy with my daughter's college tuition. I highly recommend Mr. Crowley and Northern Lights for your next project.
The NL project manager, office staff, and installation crew were refreshingly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Our long list of questions and requests for information were answered in the first meeting and the detailed written quote received two days later. The four other Hardy web site list bidders we interviewed were much less professional and thorough. NL stuck to the start date and install period provided in the quote despite bad fall weather. The install crew worked long consecutive days and took pride in the quality and detail of their work. We are very happy with the sharp look of the pre-colored siding, trim, soffits, and gutters. We had the gutter crew install leaf guards so there will be no reason to be on a ladder for at least 15 years!
