I do not recommend North West Restoration FSWW.
I would suggest anyone needing someone in a stressful time use North West Restoration FSWW, especially in Tri-City. I can only comment on them, but I can only assume the company is like this across the board. I would strongly suggest anyone needing their services definitely look at them.

My experience with North West Restoration was terrible. There was a lack of professionalism. I'm baffled at how a business like that is surviving.
Since August 2020 they have not repaired a seam in my carpet and is a tripping hazard
Northwest Restoration came into my life after I had a flooding situation in my home. They responded quickly. They were professional and quick to provide me detailed answers to any of my questions. I was so appreciative of all their hard work and professionalism.
Never would I recommend this company. The only person I appreciated was Calvin who always did what he said he’d do, and always told us what was going on and what would come next.
North West Restoration surveyed the damage to my home and gave a thorough estimate for repairs. The repairs were done on time and to my satisfaction. I recommend their services.
A lot of miscommunication between workers as well as wrong information being told to us multiple times. One worker would answer our questions completely different than the next. It was so frustrating being that it was our home and daughter's bedroom being thrown in the air. It has been several weeks since the work was complete but NW has yet to close our claim process so we can receive a refund for the difference in money that we paid up front.
Area Of Satisfaction - I was satisfied that they came out quickly and helped us with an issue that we had no clue how to fix.
They were professional and friendly. They kept me informed of everything going on. I would recommend North West Restoration to anyone, they are super!

Additional Comments - Was very surprised at total professionalism of all who took part in helping me repairing damage to my bathroom after leak.
Employees Professionalism - The workers that came and did the work were especially courteous and professional, even the subcontractors.

This a rental property that is 200 miles out of town. The insurance company and the property manager interactedwith the company and the employees, which made it difficult to answer the first 2 questions. They were, however, very helpful in sending me to a local carpet store to select the carpet. The property manager and I performed a final inspection. I was very happy with the result.

NW Restoration was as shady as shady gets. What kind of company suggests that you take advantage of an insurance claim for their/ your gain? They were late arriving to my emergency water leak, sloppy in not completing work that was needed, and the management tried to talk me into fudging the claim for their benefit.
I was not impressed with my service guy.
