I've purposely waited a year to submit my review, mainly to see how the siding held up. Overall they did a good job. I think quality of the workmanship is on par with the other 9 contractors that I originally contacted. Some were much better and some were much worse. What I'm most blown away with was dealing with Pete and Jason. At every issue that would crop up during installation, Pete was always there to address my needs. During a small financial snafu, Jason was there to iron out the problem.

I have been dealing with NC Exteriors for the past three years. They have replaced the flooring on two decks and have done some gutter work for me. Each time they have done outstanding work. If there is a problem Jason gets right on it and makes it work. The last deck project was done more efficiently than the first, which indicates to me that they continue to improve their processes and their crews. Both decks look great and the gutters were well installed and look good.
