I was very pleased with the job New South Windows did on my house. They were very timely and professional. They replaced two sliding glass doors and four windows. I can already tell it makes a big difference with blocking the heat coming into my house.

The windows are nice. Very nice. I loved the informative presentation that the representative gave. And I loved how well the company insured everything went. The only thing I would want you to be weary of especially if you got your blinds professionally installed as I did. I was forewarned that I needed to remove my blinds but was assured that my brackets could stay. However on the day of the installation the installers told me that they had to take them down. This was a problem for me as it would leave my home wide open to passers by after the installation was completed. This is the one and only bad situation that I encountered. I hope the company eventually reaches out to us for this concern.

We purchased 5 windows from New South about 5 years ago and loved them so much that we just has another 8 windows installed. The installers were excellent, professional and cleaned up after completion. I would highly recommend New South Windows for all your window and door needs.

Now, let me talk about their product. These windows are made specifically for your home, they are not production line, cookie-cutter windows. They are professionally constructed windows that are energy efficient, impact resistance, and carry a lifetime warranty; and on top of all that they are nice looking and give our home even greater curb appeal. It took Ravi and Nick three days to install our 18 windows. When they finished the installation, we immediately noticed the energy efficiency of the windows. The new windows significantly kept the heat out from the direct sunlight; they kept the house cooler, even when the drapes, sheers, and blinds were open; and they dramatically cut down on the noise level from outside. After the city inspection, NewSouth Windows Solutions returned to install the window trim inside the house. Malcolm was the technician and did him job within an hour and also notice a small item on one of the windows was not working properly so he replaced it. Bottom line: We could not be any happier with our decision to go with NewSouth Window Solutions and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Communication between client and staff was poor. I had to contact them for updates and status of installation. Several trips were necessary by installers because they were not informed about job and did not have the necessary parts.

Installation team was timely, courteous, respectful, and professional. They were very respectful of our property. Kudos to a great (3) member team! We would definitely use this company again.

Windows are fine and are cool to the touch. hurricane resistance brings peace of mind. Method of install was the problem.

Now that the windows are finally in, I really like them.

The signed contract agreement went over 18 weeks. I called multiple times and they came out to do poor quality work. I am still waiting for the doors to be installed. I am still waiting for them to make repairs to the poor quality window installation I received. I am hoping they will stand behind their word and fix the problem. It was stressful.

I will not recommend NewSouth Window Solutions to anybody. I don't appreciate them taking a sub off the job and leaving helpers to install my window when I paid 27,500 for 7 windows, 1 French door and 2 sliders. My French doors are still not fixed and it never passed inspections for French doors. They even cashed my check.

Good product but very expensive and a lot of people can not afford it.

I was impressed with how they stayed in touch. I did not have to call them. The first men that came were very efficient. The only thing was that they did not clean the window.
