Horribly unprofessional. Working with this company was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I reported them to the Attorney General’s Office. Think twice before contracting with them.

The original start date was cancelled 30 minutes before hand. It was rescheduled for one week later which was very inconvenient. We were only offered $100 discount as compensation. The screen door does not have a lock and for $900+, we expected a lock to be included.

This company really seemed to want my business. They listened to me and were willing to come out several times to help me make a decision. Everyone I talked with was very professional and the communication was excellent.

There was a lack of communication with the installation crew and they changed my appointment last minute.

Installation guys were fast, professional, friendly and addressed all my questions/concerns. Initial purchase process went perfectly and all communications with NWFA were above average.

The project was handled professionally from start to finish. The new products are beautiful and efficient. The installation crew arrived on time and completed the project quickly.

Delivery of the windows came in on-time and were 1 month faster than any other quotes I entertained. Calls to New Windows for America were exceptionally managed. The Service Technician - Mike was outstanding in his ability to assess and explain any aspect of the high product quality standards that NWfA maintains. All follow up communications were prompt and effective.

I have been very happy with the work done by this outfit and the material it uses. This was the third job I asked New Windows for America to do for me.

I am happy with the windows and the installation.

It looks great and was done a lot faster then I expected. A piece was broken on the kitchen window and a new frame is on order.The installers were top notch and answered all my questions. Very professional and they both had great senses of humor.

Great windows friendly and professional installation crew

The quality of the window is good. The installer was not good. We paid extra for a change in window size and it was incorrectly installed. Another tech installer came back to correct the problem and did not complete the correction. as of today the problems we have are not corrected. We paid extra for the window change and the installer did not even put insulation in the opening or fix the screens that had wholes in them. They are supposed to be guaranteed for life. Still waiting.
