Investing in solar is a complicated proposition for lay people like us. We chose Neil Kelly because they have been in town for many years and we can trust they will be here for many more should we need them again. They were professional from start to finish. We especially appreciated Jeff Poirier's help.

First, I would like to clarify that there is a difference between Neil Kelley as a company, and our specific on site worker who, in our case, was David Koop. I would give total 5 star ratings for David. His work was amazing, and his willingness to adapt to our project was so appreciated. He had excellent knowledge on how to do a wide variety of things to get our house ready to sell. And then on top of that, he was so great to work with; we really enjoyed having him do our projects.

The lesser ratings and criticisms in this review have nothing to do with David whatsoever; I really want to make that clear. They are, in my perception, observations about the company’s approach to our project.

We have worked with Neil Kelly previously on a solar installation. They continued to deliver again on our next solar project, meeting all of our expectations. What a great company!

Yes it is expensive however, all needs and expectations were met or exceeded. They worked hard to ensure that interruptions in the household were minimal. Having done many remodel projects myself, I found Neil Kelly's work to be well worth the expense and would highly recommend them.
