Product and workmanship was over and above the usual contractor experience. Also, presentation of the product(s) being used, as well as inspection of the roofing project was thorough and professional.

There have been multiple issues since my roof replacement by Home Genius Exteriors. After four subsequent visits from Home Genius Exteriors, issues still remain unresolved.

This Company was/is the worst! Buyer beware, they didn't do anything that they said, my project is not finished and they don't return calls. They signed off on paper work without our knowledge or consent. They trashed our home and they also send out sub-contractors without telling you. Stay far away, unless you want to pay for garbage.

All persons were professional and friendly. The crew worked hard and were organized with cleaning up all materials. They did what they said and were right on schedule. Love the job they did. Communication was on-going and great.

I definitely would recommend HGE to friends and neighbors. They were very cooperative in resolving issues with us. Most contractors today are not willing to work with their clients to a satisfied resolution on issues. With any major home improvement project there will be issues and the fact that HGE was willing to work on a resolution was most welcome.

The crew was perfect in every way. Work was fast. Crew explained what they were doing. Material was the best. I really liked the Smart Vents which replaced attic fan and saved electricity.

They did finish the roof, but there was some drywall that had to be done that they had made made holes in. They came a week later to fix it and it was the most terrible drywalling job I’ve ever seen in fact, the plaster that they’re putting up along with the drywall of the plaster around the dry was beginning to crack because it was too thick. It should be sanded, so that’s not really complete. I’m not happy with that.

Don't use this company. The only thing they listen to was helping you spend your money on roof items you must have, colors, etc. Anything else falls on deaf ears. High pressure sales & will yes you to death but don't deliver. Find a local guy that will really cares not out of towners that are here today & gone tomorrow.

If I did not have a minor problem with the gutter, but because no one will return my call, I would not recommend them. We paid more than the average price because of the high quality of material, but it makes it tough to recommend them when they don't respond back to your call.

Home Genius replaced my roofing in a timely and well organized manner. I would definitely recommend them to other people looking for a roof replacement.

Home Genius was fantastic from the start during my initial consultation with Kyle. When it came to scheduling the work, we were able to start earlier than anticipated, which was fantastic. Mike was the project manager, and he was very clear about what to expect from the work crew. The crew leader, Freddie, was excellent at communicating what was going to be done each day and advised me of what was completed at the conclusion of each day. The gutter crew was fast and worked very well. Both work crews were good about cleaning up any debris left each day and were respectful of the property.

We are going to recommend them and continue to use their services.

Richard, the project manager, was first class. He was a great person to deal with. The salesperson, Dane, made us feel very comfortable.

A gentleman who is pretty high up in the list of people involved here, Sam, was supposed to get back to me on whether I had been double charged by Angie's List for the work. I didn't know if they had charged me or Home Genius charged me. This was the one disappointing thing. There was a $244.00 charge twice on my MasterCard. I showed it to Sam. He came along the second time and convinced me to get gutters, gutter guards, and drain pipes. He was going to look into it to see if I was double charged, but I never heard back.

The crew was awesome, I really loved the guys. They were respectful of my time. I work from home and they kept the noise down to a minimum, which was awesome. I barely knew they were on my roof.

They were very professional. They were on time and stayed a little longer to get the job done because of issues with the plywood. They were in and out of here. The foreman and the site coordinator, Richard, was top-notch and kept me informed and that was good. 

They were very nice to work with. I think they did a really good job. The installers were very nice, and they got the job done. They did it right the first time.

Because up until then I was perfectly happy with them, but when they didn't answer me and said, "This is what we are offering you, you take this or not," that changed my opinion of the company.
