Nail -It Roofing was great from the very beginning to the end of the project. They looked at areas I had concern about regarding flooding and water damage and made sure their work would prevent it. The roof, the gutters and the sky light all look great! They were very communicative through the whole process. All of their workers were polite and VERY customer service oriented. I needed work done on my chimney box and they did an outstanding job on that too. The roof has made a great difference in the temperature in my house. In cold temperatures the heat was literally good through my roof and it's warmer now, and in hot temperatures my home was cooler inside, so I have tested it in hot and cold weather. If you want professionalism and quality work at a fair price this company is it!! and they are a local family run business!! I absolutely recommend this company!

The foreman had tread communication with me and ensured even when we did have a miscommunication, that they came back and made it the way I wanted even after it passed final county inspection. Due to all the new issues with home owners insurance in Cal, my husband I were given 30 days to replace our roof or be canceled by our home owners policy. This started the beginning of Feb, we had until March 1st. Of course, this February turned out to be a rainy one. Sean, owner, told us that they would do everything they could to meet our deadline with the understanding they could not control the weather, which we completely understood. Katie, office manager, was so professional and kept us informed as to when they could get the roof started. I was never left wondering what was going on. When the rain finally let up for a few days, Nail it Roofing was on it! We had 3 and a half days before the next rains started. The tow owneres even showed up on Sunday to get as much done before the rains. Each day, they showed up on time, were pleasant, professional, and cleaned up after themselves . The foreman, who replaced our gutters, found a way to make them more efficient at no cost to us. On the final day of the replacement, it was scheduled to start raining at around noon. Five men ascended on our roof @ 7:00 AM. and kicked butt! They finished and were cleaned up by 11:00 AM, just in time for the rain to start. I can highly recommend Nail It Roofing. They Nailed It!!
