The workmanship and fervor of the roofing and home improvement team was highly efficient and thorough. They arrived at my home and were done with new roof and gutters within 6 hours! The roof and gutters look awesome and I am very pleased with my experience with MLM, on the whole! 5 stars!

The whole experience from beginning to end was very pleasant.
Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with MLM Home Improvement LLC and don't recommend this company to those looking to complete any house work. At first I was interested in the company as I saw many of their signs and flyers around. They initially seemed like a great company to reach out to and my intial meeting went well. During this meeting we discussed what materials and methods would be best for what I was looking for. After this meeting the supplies that were brought and the work that was done never aligned with what was initially discussed. On the numerous times I brought this up and asked to speak to the intial representative I was given the run around. I was told he wasn't available, that he was not a supervisor, and then eventually that he no longer worked there. In addition, the group did not complete the work on time and needed to be followed up with several times to get the job complete. The group has very poor communication amongst themselves, are highly disorganized, and I never saw the same person twice. I am extremely disappointed with the work and the materials that were used. Steer clear of this company and their intial methods to lure you in.
