MILRO was at my house within 40 minutes of the burst pipe!! The damage could have been so much worse if not for their immediate attention to my emergency. Area For Improvement - Really do not know what the Alacrity Services program is - I only got a certificate about a guarantee.However, MILRO was awesome! All repairs were completed quickly and to my satisfaction.
