I chose Midcon over 3 other roofers for their detailed explanation of what they found, photos, & quality of their products, such as fiberglass shingles w 50 yr warranty, high grade flashing, Ice & Water over underpayment. We have a complicated roof plagued by leaks for 20 years. After they installed roof, we’ve had an 8” rain, hail, 60 mph wind & no leaks! Miraculous!! Also installed ridge venting to decrease heat damage over time. So happy with everything!

We chose Midcon because of a few aspects:Conner was professional and respectful. The estimate we received was easy to read and understand. He answered my questions in a timely manner with detail that showed me he knew exactly how to fix some of our past issues and also gave us time to make a decision. They offered the architectural shingles we were interested in. Their reviews were top notch. They weren’t the cheapest bid but they weren’t the most expensive either. I felt they had the expertise for the job and I really felt most comfortable with Conner vs other contractors when he was here for the estimate.Midcon went above and beyond in the timeliness of completing our project. The quality of the work is great. They cleaned up thoroughly and were respectful of my landscaping and flowers. He sent photos throughout the project from different angles and even from the roof which was great because we could see exactly what they were working on and how it was progressing. We had one thing that we didn’t communicate well as homeowners to each other or to Midcon until after the fact...I sent a msg Conner and he said “easy, no problem” and it was fixed within 36 hours. I know they do a lot of projects on houses much larger than ours but we didn’t feel like we were a small project or less important.
