Overall service was satisfactory. We know that we are paying a bit more for the quality of service that we did receive. We are still waiting to hear from someone to contact us about the discussion we had with the foreman of the service. At that time we showed him Our sliding glass door that seems to be getting foggy inside. He said he would have someone contact us and today we have heard nothing. We have always recommended FHIA because of the quality of their service and hope that it still remains.

I would recommend you use FHIA, to install your windows. Fair prices and excellent installation. Team was professional and the windows were installed 3 weeks early, no waiting for months.

Transaction from start to finish was very easy.

The overall project was smooth, from the product presentation by the sales rep to installation. In addition, Maria handled the paperwork and permits and did a great job. The HOA personnel who reviewed the application were impressed with how well it was put together.

I think they did a great job but it is expensive so you would have to be able to afford it.
