Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with their punctuality, professionalism, and the variety of their work. They have gone way out of their way accommodate us, and I can't speak more highly of them. They far exceeded my expectations. They made alternative suggestions and options that would be cheaper. They were very helpful.

Additional Comments - I welcome the opportunity to convey to others that they are reputable and solid firm. It has not been my experience to trust contractors, but Rick would explain things to me.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Follow-through. We had a tricky leak after some windows were installed on our porch. Messier kept coming back until it was resolved. We also had a faulty door, and Messier did all the back and forth with the manufacturer.

Punchlist - They worked extra. We did it in a very short time. I asked if they could get the job done before Christmas and they did it. The guys get kudos for that. They were great.
