Don't know what is trying to be done here but this makes no sense .
I was provided very misleading info over the phone and onsite with some representatives .
What is Told does not match and what misleading occurs and mirrepresntation happened to me personally and I lost complete trust in anything told to me as countless things that were communicated did not occur . They did a great job of leaving me hanging with no help and no resolution .

I had a septic flood in my home (truly a nightmare situation), and this team made the entire remediation process so much easier. I didn’t have to think about anything because they handled it all. They were extremely professional from start to finish. Bradley, who led the team, was fantastic — calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Austin and Adam were excellent, as well. Everyone was kind, communicated clearly, and always made sure I knew what was happening and why, and when to expect them.

They treated my home with respect and made me feel completely comfortable having them here during such a stressful situation. I’m truly grateful for the way they handled everything.

It has been 7 days and I have still not had any work done. I am displeased with how long it is taken to get the house restored, There is a communication problem with the contractor and the insurance company,

Was quick and communicated very well

They are very unprofessional with the timeframe, and there is a lot of miscommunication. My work is still not done, and it has been a couple of months now. I take off work, and they don't come, and then they do it again. They started repairing the walls and stopped. I have dealt with so many people, and no one has fixed the walls and the floor. It is still unrepaired, and it has been several weeks now.

They did all the work as they said they would. Everything was great.

My house took from January 10th, and it was opened up in the middle of June. It sat for three months. I don't know whose fault it was, but they had to get the car port replaced, and I wasn't happy with that.

Even though the insurance company said they would pay a certain amount, people still try to get extra money.

The employees at Meridian do not communicate with each other.

They are reliable, dependable, and they communicate well. The work was done very well and the timeline was communicated. It was accurate.

They provide good customer service.
