Even though the insurance company said they would pay a certain amount, people still try to get extra money.

The employees at Meridian do not communicate with each other.

They are reliable, dependable, and they communicate well. The work was done very well and the timeline was communicated. It was accurate.

They provide good customer service.

The team was very knowledgeable and worked really well together. Meridian Contents was expeditious at packing me, and they did a great job.

The guys that I dealt with were all great. They handled what I needed for my property. Communication was great. They were in and out in a timely manner. They were on time and job the job done. I have no complaints at all.

I recommend the company to any and everyone who wants a job completed the right way. These guys will not mess up!

The flooring guys were good. I had an issue with the sheetrock guys.

The accident happened on January 10th. It took them two weeks to get the Owing off the ground, where I could get out of my house easily. They got that taken care of. Three weeks later, I still don't have new owing.

Meridian isn't native to this area so under 'normal circumstances" it's important to me to support local small business (accountability and economics)

Meridian Restoration is one of the most professional organizations that I have ever encountered! They were only one call away. I knew at all times exactly what was going to happen and when it would happen. Their workers were always respectful, professional, and gave us a sense of care and concern about restoring our water damage back to normal. I hope to never have a problem again but if I did I will call Meridian!

With my experience, I don't think I would recommend them. I still have some issues that they are refusing to fix. My oven was working before they took it out, and when they put it back in, it started to make a loud noise. They made a report, but they're refusing to replace it.
