Once this work was finally complete, it turned out great. There were some communication issues because the crew didn't speak english, but the work was good. It was a process getting through the quoting and scheduling, but bottom line is I'm pleased with the end result. That is what is most important.

I wouldn't hesitate to suggest partnering with Meredith Home on projects in the future. They are professional and courteous throughout.

My experience is that they do not overpromise. They did not start the project until they finished the others. We had their full attention to our roof. The workmanship was rather good and the roof materials are of high quality. The estimator gave us the price on the spot. I think anyone would be satisfied with their services. They are reputable and reliable in my opinion.

The foreman and the crew commutative. They handled a tough task very well and it turned out to be very attractive.

Overall, I was very satisfied with Meredith. Bob was a great salesman to deal with. Chris did a great job as project manager and kept excellent communication. We used Marasco Stone per Bob's recommendation, however not such great communication between the two companies. I had to do a lot of go between. Completion of the project was delayed a s a result.

Two downspouts are still not to our satisfaction after one year of installation. Workers did not pay attention to certain details such as filling holes in siding after old gutters were removed, incorrect sizing for replacement board below gutters. Replaced small bay roof over bad board below roof line. Damaged aluminum siding which just recently has been fixed. One downspout pours water over a lower gutter during heavy rains. Not really an installation problem, but when we asked the salesperson he assured us that the new downspouts and gutter would be able to hand any heavy rains.

Meredith Home Improvement is an exceptional company providing excellent service. Professional craftsman installing James Hardie the correct way. A company I would recommend because I found them to be trustworthy.

Overall, a very good renovation project to replace our wood siding with Hardie siding. The salesman was very helpful about explaining the product and clearly explaining the cost and time involved. The work crew was very professional doing a great job installing the siding and gutters. They were quiet and kept the work area clean.We are very pleased with the results

Large scratches occurred in my driveway after the dumpster was removed. 2 items on the proposal and paid for have yet to be completed. The crew was a little careless. My wallboard got damaged inside the house because theyou pounded too hard on the nails trying to recess them. My one wall cap cracked outside because the ladder got caught and flipped it. I wished they would have swept the deck. There was a lot of debris and there was a lot of nails on the driveway. We could have gotten flat tires.
