Problems and more problems! The communication issues started with our sales person, who upsold us a new attic fan and never told us that the company would not completely install it and make sure it was functioning properly. Then the work crew showed up, and only one of the guys had even a basic fluency in English. (Questions like "Are you done?" were met with puzzled stares and silence.) The job supervisor spoke English but was not always there. The site was cluttered, and I could barely get in and out of my house - one time a box of nails was left on my front steps, which I had to avoid tripping over when I left. Then a port-a-potty, which I had specifically said I did not want in my postage-stamp-sized front yard, was delivered anyway, and was left blocking the walkway to a back apartment, so my elderly mother who uses a walker could not get out. When I complained about the issues, I was given different answers by different representatives. When I outlined in writing and in detail the serious customer service issues and asked for a 10% price reduction, I was sent two $25 Applebees gift cards instead and offered a free customer protection plan since "peace of mind is more important than money" (yes, one of their representatives actually said that in an e-mail). A $50 gift card for a $14,000+ job?! That is less than 1/2 of 1%. Give me a break. We are all human and we all make mistakes, but when a company refuses to truly make things right for their customers, that is a serious problem.
They need to be responsible for their work before and after the job. I now have drywall and stucco issues. The house is nineteen years and I didn't have the cracks before the installation of the roof.

I didn't know the company, but they did a job across the street. It was in the middle of a storm, and I had holes in my roof. I called, and they ran one of their supervisors out. As soon as the tree guy got the tree off the roof, he made sure no more damage would be done to the roof. They came back out the next day and gave me a quote. I can't say enough about the company. The installers are just unbelievable workers.

from my first call to inquire about roofing services to my last call with the company, I was treated as a valued and respected customer. I highly recommend this company for anyone contemplating a new roof. everyone I encountered had honest effective communication with me. Every question and concern I asked about was treated as if my satisfaction was of the utmost importance even to rescheduling my initial appointment. The contractor who first visited my home was professional yet warm and friendly making sure I had all the information I needed and would be able to explain it to my husband who wasn't present. My home was treated as if it were a castle and I was royalty. my new roof is gorgeous!! And has saved me a lot of money in heating my house this winter.
It was initially difficult determining the cause of my roof leakage, as I had only had a new roof installed (by a different service provider) nine years earlier and externally the problem was not obvious. Our first attempt to patch the specific spot turned out to be insufficient at which point my original roofing consultant returned and did a very thorough examination both outside and in the attic crawlspace. He carefully explained to me where the previous installer had fallen short and my best options to correct it. Work was scheduled as promptly as this summer's soggy weather would permit, and we got through a complete replacement in the shortest time quoted even though I had been forewarned it might potentially take longer. Considering how much more wet weather we've had since then, I really appreciate the efficient service!
