Additional Comments - I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding job Jose did on my tile project. The attention to detail and level of craftsmanship that he brought to the job truly exceeded my expectations. Not only did he complete the project in a timely manner, but Jose also took the time to listen to my needs and offer helpful suggestions along the way. I am absolutely thrilled with the end result.
Design - It’s required that we look, think, ponder and then look and think some more. We would then request to see other options. We knew we would need help and Rebecca has provided that. I think we are almost there.

Areas For Improvement - They have not fallen short of my expectations. They are hands down absolutely amazing! They have been amazing at communicating. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are willing to meet me anywhere. I have been to 3 different stores with them now. We went to one store that was 25 miles away to look at a slab of quartz. They are just amazing!
Areas Of Satisfaction - They exceeded all of my expectations. They came as a referral from a friend. My friend told me that they were the best contractor at communicating. I thought we will see because contractors don't have the best rap for communication. My friend was right! I love working with them!

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
