The whole process was easy.

Excellent, friendly, professional!

The scheduling was atrocious. Workers showed up without warning, left my gates open, and the job unexpectedly turned into a three day affair. Between the two days of roofing they left my backyard in such a state that I couldn’t let my dogs out. They started ripping before the tarps were down too so I’m worried my yard is full of nails

the wrong color shingles were applied, and the salesman would not admit his mistake.

After waiting two weeks for a call from the first contractor I had contacted (the call never came), I was very happy that M&M was so efficient. My original call was followed by a visit from Brad Hoffman within two days. All other communications were quickly responded to.

Roofing crew did a great job all around. The soffit and fascia, crew was absolutely horrendous at cleaning up and left a mess around the house. Nails, scrap wood, old materials and garbage all around my house.

The project went well; however, communication was an issue. We didn’t know we were getting material delivered until the day of the project, and when the project wrapped up, there was no conclusion. The team left really late, and there was no team lead or supervisor to let me know that it was done. They left and left materials here; some wrap-up would’ve been nice.

Yes, but need lots of patience. Won't hear much for weeks, but once materials are dropped.on your lawn, it gets better in days after.

An apparent preexisting issue with the rafters causing a wavy pattern in the shingles was not brought to my attention during initial inspection, measurement or installation. Some remediation might have been possible but too late after installation.

One area of improvement is explain upfront the different schedules for work to be done as part of project but not done by roofers such as internal trim work.

Your affiliate contractors are not as transparent as you are. I'm still waiting for scheduling to return my call for the completion of their part of the proposal. How can I recommend your service if I'm not satisfied with the COMPLETE job.

Installed Roof before rain storm and I feel like they rushed it . Did not install drip shield on garage and drip shield looks wavy . Roof shingles on house is lifted.
