*WORK WAS NEVER STARTED MUCH LESS COMPLETED

Magic Touch Exteriors is the worst. Initially, we had a positive interaction with their salesperson, Josh, who was helpful in providing estimates and navigating insurance procedures. However, our enthusiasm quickly waned when we encountered significant delays and a frustrating lack of communication.

After finalizing our roof/siding selections and paying a significant deposit for work and materials in early November 2023, we were informed that due to the upcoming winter conditions and other jobs already in progress, work on our home would commence the following year. While understandable, we expected to receive updates on the job timeline. However, as January turned into February, March, and now into April, we’ve been left in the dark.

Despite reaching out to Josh for clarification and being assured that the builds are progressing, obtaining concrete information has been challenging. My attempts to contact the MTE office directly have been met with silence, despite leaving numerous voicemails over the past couple months. My wife and I were simply seeking a reasonable timeline for when the work will begin and how long it would take, but that's no longer what we want.

We feel frustrated and ignored after investing a significant amount of money with MTE. We are out $25k and the company has fallen off the radar. No communication, seeing multiple new complaints online for MTE...it has been more than incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We expected better from MTE, especially after our initial positive interactions with Josh.

We’ve filed complaints with BBB and Attorney General and will take legal action next. All we want is our FULL deposit back. In posting this complaint, I hope to bring attention to our experience and encourage MTE to provide refunds to their disgruntled customers.

If they are still soliciting business, DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM, DO NOT TALK TO THEM.
