Lyons made No attempt to clean Many of my expensive suits and dresses. 2) Lyons still has not returned some of my drapes 3) when I called Kyra and requested a return call, she sent a text message instead 4) when I was able to speak to her (previously) and asked when my clothing & textiles could be delivered I was informed that she thought the Insurance had not paid all that was owed; and I informed her that I had received confirmation from my Insurance of the payments. Kyra finally called me back and told me that my belongings would be be delivered a week later <which was fine because I wasn’t in a hurry> But I did want all of my belongings returned! Instead, I received the text message from her that I wrote to you previously.

Lyons went above and beyond to deliver our textiles on short notice following a communication failure by the primary contractor.

Additional Comments - Everything was great.

They took all my shoes that I had in boxes, and they washed everything in my house that didn't need to be washed. My clothes were upstairs, and they washed eighty percent of my things that didn't need to be washed.

Will recommend. Was presently surprised with the way my items were returned.

We had five rugs cleaned after a burglary. Lyons did a fabulous job cleaning and restoring them to like new.

Communication

Communication - Nina was always available, friendly and helpful.

Nobody came out to access the amount of household goods to pick up. Which resulted in some of my goods being left behind then I had to pay someone to complete the clearance on my home.

The rugs were professionally cleaned and delivered!

Did not communicate effectively. Overly packaged items. Damaged items.

Their work ethic was very poor.

I’m not sure if I can recommend to anybody because of our experience and clothes still coming back smelling like smoke.

I feel like the work on what was returned was acceptable. The scheduling and communication was not.

Difficult to get a hold of. Still waiting on them to fix some things. I get the impression that they're hoping we forget about it.

They were efficient, friendly, and professional.
