I have had an atrocious experience with this company. Multiple items are still missing as well. As items that we have gotten back have been found damaged or ruined that were not in that condition when they left. Things that were special got taken without anybody asking if they needed to be taken and it was ruined. It has been three weeks since the original delivery and not one person has reached out to initiate contact. I have had to be the one to reach out and then I am still told that someone should be reaching out to me that day. This is after they don’t respond me for 24 hours, I am left with damaged things and no answers on where the rest of my items are, or when I will be getting them back. To say, I am disappointed, heartbroken, and infuriated is an absolute understatement. I have no words to describe the way I am feeling right now.

When they picked up everything and then came back with our clothing they didn't put it all back where it went. We expected a lot less work. It took weeks to find our stuff and clothing and that is not what I was told the first time.

I got the boxes back and they still had dirty clothes in them. I signed off on the stuff they sent back without checking because I trusted that they had done their job, but that were clearly not touched. They did clean both of my military service uniforms. My wife and I are very upset about this.
