Lyons made No attempt to clean Many of my expensive suits and dresses. 2) Lyons still has not returned some of my drapes 3) when I called Kyra and requested a return call, she sent a text message instead 4) when I was able to speak to her (previously) and asked when my clothing & textiles could be delivered I was informed that she thought the Insurance had not paid all that was owed; and I informed her that I had received confirmation from my Insurance of the payments. Kyra finally called me back and told me that my belongings would be be delivered a week later <which was fine because I wasn’t in a hurry> But I did want all of my belongings returned! Instead, I received the text message from her that I wrote to you previously.
I was totally satisfied.
