I am very happy with Los Gatos Roofing for its professional work, the project manager and crew are stick to the safety rules, kept work site clean every day, and addressed every question and concern from me, I'd have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone.

Supervisor had many communication issues with his customer and made me feel as if I was not important. Nails, shingles, and other debris still litters my yard, weeks after the completion date. No efforts have been made to come out again and clean -- even after several discussions with my supervisor to do so.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I really enjoy the fact that they made a point to try and avoid having to work in the rain. The schedule got pushed back, but I never felt like my house was in any danger of getting damaged. They tried to expedite processes to ensure that everything was done properly and would not be damaged.
