The Living Hope team was great to work with throughout. TJ made the bid process so much simpler and clear. Talya was very helpful ensuring we were informed through the scheduling process and for all invoicing. Derek was the project manager and was easy to work with, had solutions for any issues, and was responsive to our desired outcomes while sharing the potential cons of any choices made. The installation team was respectful and did a great job cleaning up. Great experience with Living Hope and would highly recommend.

Project management was sorely lacking. Wasn't notified when any event was happening and had issues with dumpster drop off, materials drop off, and start and end times during the actual roof replacement. One of the crew had a cigarette start a small fire in our yard overnight. Had crews staying past 8pm multiple days after telling them they needed to stop earlier. Had to remind them constantly to not have garbage and nails going into our neighbor's property. They left materials, garbage, and nails all over the property after finishing the roof replacement. Overall happy with the work done replacing the roof, the price, speed of estimate and scheduling, and everyone was nice in our conversations, but I can't recommend this company to someone else given the massive amount of failures throughout.

Overall, we're very pleased with the quality of work. It did take longer than we expected because most days there was only a 2-man crew, instead of a 4-man crew.
