Great windows. Workers were careful and courteous.
The windows were supposed to be tinted, but I do not believe they are. The patio door screen has a big scratch. I asked them to replace it, and they told me they would take a picture and contact me. No one has contacted me. This survey is the first contact I've had in regards to Lifetime Windows & Doors since the $3,500 purchase.
I have recommend them to several friends when asked.
We never received our warranty and the quality of the sliding glass door is weak.
The installation team were on time, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Absolutely great job!

What can I say we had another local company come in at about 20% lower but we really liked how much time our sales rep. (Mark) spent with us sharing the pro's and con's.of the different materials available. Love the windows, still waiting on the “buttons” to be installed. Seems installers put in wrong screws so the covers cannot be put on correctly supposed to come out and put correct ones in and then cover them, heard nothing in 3 weeks.
