It was a very good company. I would request for them to come back to my house again anytime.
Love the windows, still waiting on the “buttons” to be installed. Seems installers put in wrong screws so the covers cannot be put on correctly supposed to come out and put correct ones in and then cover them, heard nothing in 3 weeks.
We absolutely love Lifetime Windows and Doors. We are very satisfied.
Top lock is difficult to lock.
After obtaining estimates and quotes from several different companies, there was no choice about which company to choose.
I couldn't be more pleased that we chose Lifetime Windows & Doors for our project. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Our order was received sooner than expected & installed in a very timely manner.
The crew who installed was very professional and showed a lot of experience. The quality of the Marvin Infinity windows is amazing.
Additional Comments - It was the best possible outcome and workmanship you can get. They were effective and did a good job.
Additional Comments - I would recommend to a friend.
One month after the installation I would say I made the right choice.
we really like the new windows in the living area-the smaller frames and solid glass really make for a fantastic view of the backyard-like having frameless eyewear!
Very pleased. Sales, office staff and installation crew answered questions and/or rectified initial concerns at once.
Absolutely love my new windows. Installers were professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Did an excellent job, especially considering the original work order from the salesman was a brick installation and it was actually siding.
From the appointment for an estimate to the completion of the installation Lifetime did what they said when they said. The salesman, installers, and stucco repairman were all friendly, professional and informative.
They have a good quality product and installed it very well.
The quality of the doors that we had installed, is great. There are just some adjustments that need to be made to them. The doors and screen sticks, we cannot even lock the door and there is a strip under the door that needs to be fixed. I want to love my doors, but right now I do not.
I would recommend Lifetime Windows and Doors but not Marvin Windows. It is hard to recommend them when they go hand in hand.
They did an awesome job. They were clean and they left our home spotless.
See previous comments about not being happy with the service and the quality. They haven't replaced the doors, and I'm still waiting for a response to my email.
Great experience from the initial sales experience (including education of me as the customer who knew little about windows) through the installation planning and the installation itself. With the combination of the Marvin windows and the Lifetime team, my home has had a beautiful makeover. I only wish I had more windows to replace!
They don't keep their promise and don't follow up.
Like I said everything was good except we are still waiting on a few parts and one window to be repaired, once that gets accomplished we are very satisfied.
Yes the product itself, not the company installing them
I was most satisfied with the fact that their staff was willing to work around the crazy schedule my wife and I had at the time. She was working on her internship for her master's degree, and I work nights. It took a while to get things scheduled, but they were totally willing to work around the insanity we had going on then. Mary O'Neill was my primary point of contact for scheduling. She was completely understanding with everything we had going on at the time, and was more than willing to help out in any way she could. She was absolutely great to work with.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Lifetime Windows & Doors as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
