I think that Jared was a very good representative. He kept me up to date on everything, and had answers to all my questions. Some of the upper management seemed to be lacking. The men who came out and did the work on the roof completed it in a timely manner. They did a really good job, although there were a few small things that were later corrected.
They did all they said they would do with little or no effort on my part. The supplies were dropped off, men showed up to tear off old roof and put on new shingles, and when they left the only way you even knew they were there was because the roof was new. I wish all homeowner repairs were so easy on the homeowner.
