I was concerned when it was a leak in my bedroom. It was a small leak. It was not really bad. The dates that they gave me when they were going to come out, it was going to rain. I was concerned that it would leak again and they sent someone out to clean my gutters. I thought it was nice. When it did rain, it did not leak and that was helpful.
Peter Dailey, the gentlemen who first came out, was knowledge, very informative, respectful, answered all our questions, and went over the materials being used. It was appreciated how he presented everything to us.
I felt Liberty did an excellent job compared to other companies I interviewed. They were certainly on top. It was just an issue of getting things started.
The first time I called Liberty Windows & Siding, Pete called me right back to set up an appointment. He came to my home. It was like I knew him. He was the absolute best, was very respectful, nice, and talked about family. We sat at the dining room table and talked. It was like I knew him from listening to him on Heaven 600 radio station. The gentleman I dealt with was fairly professional. He came out and presented really well. Sometimes with the crew, English is not their first language. I think that's the biggest mistake they do. These guys were hard workers, but when people don't speak your language, it causes them to lose customers. Language barrier issues with crews can be an issue.
