The work was decent but they were unprofessional and there was lack of communication.

The gentleman I dealt with was fairly professional. He came out and presented really well. Sometimes with the crew, English is not their first language. I think that's the biggest mistake they do. These guys were hard workers, but when people don't speak your language, it causes them to lose customers. Language barrier issues with crews can be an issue.
Communication is terrible with this company. Left debris from my old roof (that they removed) in my attic. And truck tire marks in my front yard.
I had too much trouble with them not doing the roof right in the first place to recommend them. I had to constantly watch them.

I spoke to other companies, but I knew I was going to choose them. I was extremely impressed. I have already recommended them to people. I'm big on customer service. I felt they had high values and integrity. They lived up to their work and have excellent service which is really important to me. Peter was excellent.

I dealt with Peter Deily. It was a traumatic experience going through the check experience with the mortgage and insurance companies. Despite that, Peter was very patient, knowledgeable, and he guided me to the correct people. He and his manager handled everything perfectly! I would definitely recommend them over and over again!

Overall I enjoyed my experience with Liberty Windows & Siding, Inc. The price and quality of the product beat what I was given from other companies. I am satisfied with the work that was done by the subcontractors. Didn't love the communication style of the office, don't feel that I was informed enough and kept in the loop enough with changes due to weather or just the scheduling process in general. Besides that, I like the work that was done, and all the work that was done was done promptly once the crew arrived. I would recommend Liberty.
