Shawn did an excellent job with the drywall and painting.

Although the weather temporarily stopped the progress, they stayed in touch and kept us abreast of what was going on. When the weather cleared, they completed the project in a timely manner. They were great!

The project manager I worked with was very friendly. I was able to contact him at pretty much any time. He updated me on pretty much all the project details as they became available. They did a great job. Their craftsmanship was at a much higher tier than I expected.

It took a long time to schedule the work. The incident happened in September and wasn't corrected until January. The work itself, I was happy with.

To be fair and all things considered, the initial timing of my repairs were affected by the beginning of the pandemic. However, once the work did start, I didn't understand how things were moving along. There was a lot of dialogue with the manger. There were things that I bought that was my responsibility and also things bought that was Liberty's responsibility. Although I just got reimbursed recently, I didn't get reimbursed for one of the items. Brandon and I had a courteous conversation that went through smoothly, but they didn't reimburse me for the vanity set. It was an oversight on me and them as well. The staff was courteous and helpful but there was a mixture of good and not so good.

I was very satisfied with the company. Chris and Dan were punctual, professional and did great work.

The workmanship that was done by these gentlemen was great, I would highly recommend your company to others.

I am very happy with my experience with Liberty Home Contractors. They did an excellent job repairing my damage due to a tree falling on my awning.

Liberty Home Contractors remediated a water leak in our home that occurred two days before closing. They immediately installed fans and dehumidifiers in the home and put holes in the drywall to facilitate circulation of air and to identify areas of damage. We did not ultimately have Liberty fix the damage because the new home owners wanted to take the insurance payment and do the repairs and some remodeling themselves.

Took too long to do the job due to weather.

Area Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied dealing with contractor one on one.

All State Insurance issued this company to me and I had to use them to complete the work or take the small amount of money they were paying and find my own company. That would have cost me double what they paid me as insurance companies are what they are. I should have taken the money and run. I get it that Liberty did not choose me as a client but they chose All State, therefore making a commitment to service their customers with at least a bit of courtesy and competence.

The painters who worked on my house were professional, polite and cleaned up after themselves every single day. They moved furniture back every night so that we were able to enjoy watching tv in the room that was being worked on.

There was a lack of information given. They were supposed to do a door and garage system and they did not do the system for the garage until we called about it.

Liberty helped me through a really difficult time and helped me to get my life and home back in order.

The project manager from Liberty Mr.Dwayne Clites was understanding and willing to work with my wife and I throughout the entire claims and repair process. Dwayne and two repair specialists Kenny and Frank worked with us until we were completely satisfied with the repairs.
