After the fire Liberty home Contractors were informative on what they would do. In the middle of the construction Liberty was having trouble keeping on schedule. June 1st I was promised by Liberty my house would be available to move back in and the house would be cleaned. I planned for furniture to be delivered and checked with Liberty a day before the move if they would be ready and they said yes. When I arrived the day of move in the house wasn't cleaned, repairs were still being done and appliances weren't hooked up. My furniture sat in my living room for several more weeks. Repairs were being done slowly and sloppy work. The end of June Liberty walked off the job and closed their office in Columbus OH. I went till August when a new contractor was hired. During this time I went weeks without any air conditioning, no washer or dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal not working. I was promised numerous times by Liberty and Alacrity these problems would be corrected. Over a year after my fire in November 2015 my house still isn't finished and now it is March 20, 2017. I have still have bathroom fixtures that don't match, trim on the house not painted, paint is chipping off shingles on the house that was painted in August 2016, garbage disposal after taking till September 2016 to get hooked up and now March 12, 2017 doesn't work, door bell installed been used maybe 5 times now doesn't work, outside lights never replaced and numerous of others small issues like paint touch ups. My insurance agent has been great but this Alacrity program not so much.

I would like to say that Liberty Contractors provided professional and quality workmanship. Jason and his crew had the knowledge and expertise to get the job done and were very friendly and informative each step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone.

I loved Liberty Home Contractors, but I didn't love the insurance company.

The General Manager, Mike Bowman was very responsive when I had concerns and I appreciated Dan's customer service and attention to detail.

I am very very satisfied with the contractors. I have experienced some bad work before. I was overwhelmed with the professionalism and the quality of work from Liberty Home Contractors. They went above ad beyond and did other things to my home that were not apart of their job, and I appreciated that!
