Chris Webb (my assigned Project Manager) called me immediately after I asked my insurance company for a recommendation. Level Creek assisted with insurance issues and so the work began. Chris was a pleasure to work with and was so helpful assisting me with suggestions and purchases. He made the renovation process much less stressful than I anticipated. The contractor (Hugo) was amazing, so polite and professional and thanks to both of them as I have totally new guest bathroom that I love! I will certainly recommend Level Creek in the future

The guys were very professional and everything was done in a timely manner.

The subcontracted workers provided good quality. However, the project manager was terrible and incredibly hard to work with. I do not feel like the job was completed satisfactorily.

The team is very friendly. There were some struggles with working with the insurance company to get the work started and completed. Level Creek is farther away from me than expected for a restoration company to do work in Midtown Atlanta.

My experience with Level Creek was comforting and good. The work was excellent and the customer service was professional. Also, Level creek was very sensitive to my family needs during our time of bereavement.

Everything was excellent and they were very easy to work with. They made a very painful process very, very easy to navigate.

I would recommend the person to shop around.

While the work was started off well and was done professionally the last part of the job did seem to take a long while. In the middle of the job the person who led the was changed out. It took the better part of a year to complete the job but once it was finished it was wonderful
