Salesman & workers were great. Communication as project finished was not proactive. Workers just finished up and no ‘closing’ was shared, such as pictures of the work, or thank you and here’s how to contact us if XYZ happens etc. I asked, and got the pics a week later. The photos taken were great, just could have been shared with me the day of or day after.

Rian the estimator was awesome to work with. The crew that did the roof was very easy to work with.

Communication was lacking. I had to ask for multiple things to be clarified or fixed.

Legit Roofing was very professional. They worked with me while had my solar panels uninstalled, and then scheduled it as soon as possible afterward. There were some issues with the solar, and Legit Roofing was very flexible scheduling the work when the panels were removed.
