I want to commend the entire Legacy Roofing team for exemplary service!

The night before we were due to fly out of town for a week, I noticed a significant stain on our dining room ceiling as the result of a roof leak.

In a state of panic, I called three different companies from the airport, desperate to connect with someone who could help.

Legacy was the only one who followed through on securing a crew member to come and tarp the roof until we could address with a more permanent solution. This provided great peace of mind knowing we would not have to return home to a catastrophe.

Ryan then called me to discuss his findings. Michigan had its share of tumultuous weather this spring, and although the damage was not storm related, our 21 year old roof plead no contest. It was time for a replacement.

Due to the urgency of the situation, our job was bumped up expedited on the schedule. There was excellent communication ahead of the work to ensure we were prepared with regards to the placement of the dumpster, work vehicles, and start time.

The crew arrived when promised (which is impressive in and of itself), completed the job in one day, crew was efficient and courteous, and the final price matched the estimate.

My deepest gratitude to Ryan, Mike, and the entire crew! We could not be happier with the result and look forward to recommending their services to others.
