Great work, reasonable price, great customer service

Legacy did our roof, garage roof, and gutters. Those three things were fixed within eight months of the initial claim and were done well! However, our siding was never completed. We were told that Menards offered the siding but it couldn't be ordered

I did not like what they did.

I am likely to recommend Legacy Restoration because they are efficient, keep good communication for the entire project, and a good price for the quality of work done.

Did a very good job of keeping us informed on schedules and work progress. Good attention to detail on work as it was being done.

The job that Legacy Restoration did was fine. At the end, I got a big payment from the insurance company and paid them over the phone the same day it came. There was still a small amount left to be paid, but the insurance company was waiting for them to fill out a piece of paper first. Legacy harassed me every day with phone calls and emails. I had already paid my deductible, therefore there was no reason for them to be contacting me. They had been in communication with the insurance company the whole time. Finally, the check came, and I took it to the bank, and mailed out the remainder the same day. They were trying to call me every day, leaving me messages, and harassing me for money that the insurance company was going to pay once they filled out the paper.

Legacy Restoration's employees are very friendly. They were attentive throughout the whole process.

Legacy was easy to work with and kept in contact with me. Alex was especially easy to work with.

I would not recommend Legacy for any reason.

My experience with Legacy Restoration was very disorganized. They came to the door wanting to gain business and do an evaluation. Shortly later, I had another storm come through that resulted in additional damage. Luckily they did come out when they did as I didn't have to pay multiple deductions. I did not feel that they should be going around getting more business.

If I hadn't paid close attention to the job your guys did then my roof would have really been messed up. The only thing I can say is that most jobs like this need close watching no matter who you get to do them. Not your house so who cares seems to be the way things are done these days.

They did the work fast ,their work is excellent.

The sales staff and crew was very professional. I had my roof done. They were in and out in 1 day. My neighbor had their roof done by another company. They were blaring music and left trash. Legacy Restoration was professional from start to finish.

They had great follow up to be sure I was aware of what was going to be happening. The office called several times to be sure I was satisfied with the work as well

I did not like their work. The field guy who set things up put on the wrong gutters, so they had to come back out again. Then, I had to put on new gutters because the field guy messed up. I had a leaf guard, and the field guy put on regular gutters, which I did not like. The field guy had to pay for it because it was his fault.

Janet and I would recommend Legacy Restoration to anyone who has roofing, etc., problems. We left the sign in our front yard for many weeks following the completion of our roof.
