i have a problm with a gutor and after 2 visits it has not been fixed

I feel over charged and have been told by ather consumers the same. Also the quality of work was poor and installers unprofessional.

We had an immediate response to our inquiry. They were professional. They told us everything they would do. They fulfilled their commitment. They came back to make sure everything was okay.

It is a very good quality product. I wouldn't have spent almost $10,000 on it if I didn't think so.

Called Leafguard for new rain gutters to stop our old gutters from dripping water every time it rains or snow is melting. Our front steps become straight ice in the colder months. We've had several people slip on the icy steps and we decided it was time to get this fix. The salesman knew this was a HUGE problem for us. He assured me that the new rain gutters would fix this problem. Invested our money in new gutters. Gutters installed. They look great. Install crew was great. Fast forward a few weeks. Snow starts melting and water starts dripping. Same as before the gutters were installed. Steps are still icy. Contacted Leafguard and the installation crew came back out. Now I'm being told it's not the rain gutters. It's my roof. SUPER disappointed that the salesman assured me this would take care of the problem. Really feel like he should have mentioned even a possibility that it might not be the rain gutters. $10k later and my steps are still an ice skating rink.

With the arrival of snow and melt it appears the installation was lacking as I have water running down my exterior wall. Also, I have spoken with other who have installed leaf guard and considerably lower pricing.

Had a leak. They came to fix it. Won’t know results until the snow melts or it rains again. That crew also changed the downspout direction for me. Great job. You folks are awesome!

Very expensive product but much better than competitors.

Salesman doesn’t know the workers capabilities

Salesman didn’t know workers capabilities. It took a week of calling, emailing to get the loan reduced because they didn’t do what the salesman had ordered.

Such a great choice! I legit had no idea that it would encompass so much. They were so knowledgeable and amazing. After mesurements were done they came up and knocked it out in one single day. They guys stayed like 15 hrs to get it done. I thought he was just coming to sell me gutter covers. Again had no idea everything that goes into this product to make it work better then any other and last.

I would recommend your service to anyone looking for an upgrade.

The guys that did the installation were very good to clear snow away in order for them to work.

Leafguard of Utah is a wonderful product, but the installation took way too long.

My gutters were $20k and leaked from the day of installation. The installers told me it was a roofing issue and probably my solar panels. A solar company came and took a look and confirmed they were not the problem. Two different roofing companies came and looked and both said the gutters were installed incorrectly. I had to call multiple times over several weeks to finally have LeafGuard come fix the problem. They never returned my calls or scheduled the installers to come back, just a surprise ring of the doorbell on morning at 8am. They also approved me for 12 months no payment and no interest, but after 30 days I received a late payment letter full of typos and incorrect names and values. When I called the number on the letter to discuss I was given the run around and promised a call back. The call never happened and after another 30 days they threatened to turn me into collections. Again I called and was given no help. Then randomly I received a $450 check in the mail to correct the loan amount and an email from a finance company, again no communication!

Have not fully completed job and can’t get a hold of them to finish.

Because of heavy snow, icicles formed where we most didn’t want them but it may be a problem with the roof, so we will get a new roof and then be able to tell if these are effective!

High quality product but at an expensive price

Leafguard of Utah was a bit pricey, but they have good quality products and I think that it will do the job.

Doral Vance was very helpful in getting everything set up. He was the salesperson and was very helpful and responsive. The installers were very helpful and went through everything. It was about 8:30 pm or 8:00 pm before they finished, but they finished everything within the day.

The workers weren't able to do the job ....we had facia replaced as well as the gutters. They weren't able to do the facia. Some pieces blew off and to this day, hasnt been fixed. We were promised by the salesman, that if their men couldn't do the job, Leaf Guard would hire a facia contractor to do it. This was in August...it is now November.

I think people who are getting a bid from them should know that it will be expensive.

The guy who sold it to us was amazing. He was awesome. He explained everything great.

As the workers were completing the installment of gutters at my home, one of the neighbors/my friend came over to inquire about what was being done. I expressed my satisfaction of the project at that point. It is my understanding that he/our neighbor will be getting work done at his home by Leaf Guard.

They were very prominent coming in and getting it done. We are very happy with the rain gutters. We had no issues, and it helped with the water in the home.

When I would call them, and sometimes I would have to call 3 times for them to call me back. After calling 3 times, they get someone to come to my house.

I have had neighbors look at the installation and have been impressed and I have recommended the system.. The cost of the system is concern for the neighbors. It is very important that prospective customers study the pros and cons of each system and they well find that Leafguard is well worth the investment.

The Product is exceptionally good, the installation has much to be desired. The corners leak like they are a down spout. Payton called and promised a response from some installers across the road of which they came over and looked but never did anything about the problems.

Their service was way over time. The workmanship on the back where they did the corners is terrible. They show in their pictures when you are looking to buy it, the corners are nice and neat. On my house, they are a mess. It looks like a two-year-old did them.

I am still finding garbage from install in my yard. But it is a great product.

Gutter is over priced, 45 degree ends leak, product is not appropriate for clients residing in states with cold weather/snow - icicles form over top portion of gutter where water is supposed to run into slit on outside edge of gutter (design flaw).

They did a good job and so far it's working well.

Service was good. We had a couple of touch ups, they came back without any issues and fixed the touch ups.

So far, I have not had any problems. I feel, with all that is going on with the pandemic, I got one thing done right, and I don't have to worry about that. I can nix it off my bucket list.
