Based on my interest rate hike, I would not recommend them to my friends or family.
I was referred to LeafGuard of Nashville by a friend.
Very good product and professional installation
The price is too high but I am happy with it.
They put too many splashguards down for me. They were really expensive and I didn't need as many as they said. They gave me some money back but they didn't give me nearly as much as i should've gotten. They're very hard to get ahold of too.
I was real picky about the fascia boards when they put up the gutters, and after looking today, one or more corners of the house have base boards exposed to the weather. Only one corner looks to be done correctly.
Overall they are good quality. My only complaint is the inside corners where the valleys drain to. They clog from pollen, leaves, etc and the water spills over the gutters. When it rains hard, the caps on the downspout clean outs are knocked off and I find them in the yard.
They are very nice gutters but they are expensive.
They don't have good communication skills.
We are entirely satisfied with our new LeafGuard gutters
They are a little expensive.
So far, I have been satisfied, and I hope it continues to stay that way.
Water still pours over the gutters when it rains. Looks to be pieces of branches and weeds are stuck in gutters. It would be great if someone will come and check it out
I'm very pleased with them.
I have not received any followup with respect to my project.
I've had Leaf Guard now for almost 4 yrs. No complaints. The gutters have handled these crazy downpours we've had here in Tenn. Though the wasps sure love to build nests in them but are eventually washed out through the gianormous downspouts. I have 2 questions: 1) Your commercial guy says Leaf Guard "eliminates standing water". Yet when your laborers (Chris & Eric) returned to my home to fix their mistake ( 2 sections of gutter were pitched in the wrong direction and were holding LOTS of water) not only were they dropping F-Bombs they said " Leaf Guard Gutters are designed to have standing water in them". What's up with that? 2) Your commercial guy says the competition screws their product into the roof edge voiding the roof warranty. Yet when your guys screwed your drip edge into my new roof over my drip edge they said nothing about voiding my roof warranty. What's up with that? Other than that I don't climb on ladders anymore to clean gutters. I do see that I must keep the rounded edge of the gutter clean from gunk build -up that just occurs in this humid climate. If I were to build myself another house I would again purchase Leaf Guard gutters but would dicker on the price a little more. Still worth it.
I'm waiting for my check in the mail, he smiles. I recommend them all the time.
The installers got lost. We waited all day and they had to work in the dark to finish. We were told that someone would check back the next day. No one called until a few days ago.
I have already recommended LeafGuard. My daughter made a purchase. I am not satisfied with communications after a job is finished and would possibly rethink the glowing recommendation I provide to include comment on clean up and follow-up after the job is complete.
I like it, it is working.
I will tell them about the cost to value! It is costly but valuable!
As a retired couple, we are now relieved that we no longer have to climb up on the roof to clean the gutters. Thank you Leaf Guard for this safety feather.
LeafGuard of Nashville has been out 4 times to my house. The first time they showed up at 10:00. They stayed until after dark using their head lamps to put the gutters up. I had dinner guests that night and could not follow up after they left. The next morning was of my downspouts were not installed. It took me 30 days to get a response. I had to challenge them with my payment before I got my call back. They did not put up the extensions on my downspouts. They did not connect all the gutters and when it rained some got washed into the yard. They did come back and replace the one that was missing and they put on screens. They also fixed the gutters to take in the water where it was overrun. I was told that I needed a downspout every 45 or 46 feet. There are 12 feet from the corner and the installer asked me if I cared if he moved it to the corner? I told him that he is the expert, not me. I told him he could move it only if it works fine. I talked with someone else and they said it was not fine. I need the downspouts every 45 feet. The last guy that was here wanted a downspout to go by the chimeny. With water going this way it collects in the yard because of a low spot and it just pools. I have about 56 to 60 feet of gutter going into one downspout.
LeafGuard is a great company to use. The company did a great job.
LeafGuard has a great product. a little pricey, but worth it in the long run.
