Yes. Basically once the work began the installation process proceeded without incident. Almost flawless experience. The gutters not only work well but really enhance the looks of the house.

I had some issues initially with the way things were presented to me. Some were through the salesman. I did have some people from Leafgurad come out to my house after the job was completed. As far as I know, they were good. There were some things I heard during their conversations that I was not pleased with.

This is a quality gutter system. I highly recommend it. The installers worked efficiently and made sure gutters were properly aligned to work effectively.

Pretty cool gutter, they do what they advertise but be warned...Although our salesman was professional as well as very knowledgeable about the product, the whole sales experience reminded me of things being sold door to door way back in the day. We were originally given a price and after going back and forth a few times we arrived at an arbitrary price that was 1/3 of the starting/original quoted price. This process took four hours and we were repeatedly told the price was only good until the salesman left our property....really?!?!?! It seems like the salespeople are free to throw any price out there until the customer says yes. This is a different time / generation and Its time LeafGuard updated their sales practices!

The installers were very professional and did a beautiful job. For them alone, we would highly recommend Leaf Guard. We have always been pleased with the gutter system.

Unfortunately, when the foundation company fixed the foundation, they messed up the downspouts. Leaf Guard of Charlotte did send out Alexander who shared that some repairs were necessary. The foundation company is willing to pay for the repairs and we asked for the cost to be sent so we could send it to the foundation company. It’s been several weeks now and despite repeated calls to the parent company, we’ve heard nothing back from Leaf Guard of Charlotte. So recommendation of this franchise is bordering on unlikely

The product does not work as advertised. Debris piles up on the top of the gutter allowing the water to go over the top onto the ground.

I think that leaf guard is overpriced, a corner clip is $104 is way out of, that part is probably a $5 part, I realize the cost of toolng is high but $105???

Absolutely. the salesman was knowledgeable and explained the product, the installation went as expected and I have had no further problems with gutters overflowing. I would definitely recommend Leaf Guard.

"You get it and forget it." That is what they say. I checked a lot of the downspouts to see if there was any trash in them, after a couple of months, and there is nothing in them. I have a high regard for the company, and he has excellent people working for him. I have not encountered nicer people before. I have worked for the state of North Carolina for 40 years, and I am a good judge of character.

This is based on the looks of the house after installation…leaves had fallen for the year so hard to tell if they will go into gutters or if they will not. That is why I didn’t respond to previous request to complete survey.

They do a good job, except for the down spout. It makes a lot of noise and it is next to the bedroom.

The service was exactly as promised and fast. I ordered on a Tuesday, and it was done the very next day. It was fast.

The guys that came out were very good. They jumped into it, and pretty well knocked it out very quick. I was impressed, and the gutters work great.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves. We had a small problem with it, and they repaired the problem. They listened to my complaints and corrected what I thought was wrong. One problem was my fault, and they took care of that. I am well satisfied.

Best gutters I ever had.

There was trouble with the salesman and getting things set up. He missed bringing one of the down spouts. He stated he forgot it, when I told him about it. Lack of communication between me and him.

My experience with LeafGuard was such a relief and a pleasure. The man who inspected my house took time to explain things to me and not only pointed out some problems around the outside that would be remedied by the new gutters, but was kind enough to point out other things that I might want to attend to soon. Problems that I would not have been aware of had he not been doing this to make an estimate for LeafGuard.
