The company damaged our metal roof - they cut off a part of the metal roof without notifying us that they were about to damage the roof.
My first impression of LeafFilter was very suspect. Still is. They sent out one man to do entire job. The very next day he only put in 5 hrs to finish the whole job. I even asked him, did he remember to do the utility shed and he said he did. Guess what? He still has not completed the job. I certainly paid for the entire job (early) so I would not have to pay for any interest. I am 74years old and still getting taken advantage.
This is a pricey gutter system. I have a heavily treed side to my house where I’m trying this system. I’ve had to climb up on a ladder and clean leaves and pine needles off of the screens. I’d hoped I wouldn’t have to. Perhaps this is not the fault of this gutter system. I will try it in the upcoming year elsewhere on this ‘bear’ of a Mansard roof house.

Only friends I want to see bankrupted. These gutter were expensive and are worse than just vinyl gutters clogged with leaves. At least I could get a ladder out and remove the clog and the gutters worked for awhile. These have leaked since day one

I have been told by many people I was completely ripped off. No one can believe I paid what I did. It is obvious that I was after the salesman tried selling me a security system as well for double the amount as others and each time I replied he would say he couldn’t go any lower only to come back with lower price and it still was much higher than the other systems. I knew then I was ripped off. It’s ok though there’s a thing called karma!
Discovered this gutter guard system during the Woodworking show in Columbus, ohio. Scheduled an appointment to get a demonstration and an estimate for my home. Sales rep. convincing pitch talked me into purchasing the expensive. fail proof system; he failed to share that the color of my gutters was not available. Found out I was getting tan gutter guards on my brown gutters the day of install. I settled for the offset color because I figured the performance would outweigh the color mismatch. 3,500, and not 6 months later, the gutters are over flowing.I don't recommend this product to home owners unless they have no trees near their home.

We are very happy with the LeafFilter product and installation. Our only reservation is that we might have waited until the roof was redone as some of the gutters made need to be removed for fascia repairs and the LeafFilter may be damaged at that time.

two worker came to my house do installed leaf filter gutter and they cleaned gutter out ( I could not see it and I can not go up roof to check it physically but I trust what they have done cleaning gutter and downspout, I asked did you clean downspout maybe clogged but they said it does not need to clean then one of guy show to me say listen sound then he pounding ( or knocking ) downspout , says it is clean I did not say anything and when they left that job I try to clean that area but I found lots of small screw around ground they never pick it up . A month later we have heavy rain this area whole week I saw two places which is end gutter spot it was water overflow to the ground, I called service dept. lady said we will send someone to fix it but It passed 2 month ago . I called again explained what happen, she said we set up to fix time on 6/28/18 1 to 5 pm service man will be there she said I hope they will be here . I do not like what they did on job.
I see two of the spots water is leaking....it wasn't installed right. I haven't got any follow up call on their job quality. After spending a lot of money( $9000), I did not expect a poor quality installation, and no follow up call on service quality.This problem needs immediate attention. I don't even know whom to call since I lost the paperwork.

The price for my house started at over $5000 but before the salesman left the price had gotten down to $4200.....that night I received a call from the salesman for my answer , at which time I told him of a price of $3100 from a competitor he immediately said he could match it......kinda makes you wonder what the fair price actually is......I went with another company all together....
Absolute ripoff, my gutters are clogged and the rain runs right over them, total scam!!!!!
I would say overall good experience (a little pricey). Had an issue with ice coming off roof but leaffilter came and fixed it quickly. I would recommend these in fact I did to others all ready. I would rate them 4.5 stars

The first rain went well but at the second rain and every rain thereafter the rain went right over the leafilter and spilled over onto our wood front steps and part of the wood porch, which will eventually rot the wood. Spent all the money for nothing.
