When the work men came they were not told it was a high rise and did nothing but complain about having to use the elevator. While here they drilled a hold in our cold water pipe which then resulted in turning off the water for 203 apts. That is not my complaint what is my complaint is I was promised it would look like the picture they post on line. I am missing one grab bar, a shelf in the corner also the ring around the water faucet . All I want is it to be done the way I was told it would be. We are seniors and I have saved a long time for this for $12,000 I should get what I was promised . The reason we went with this company was because Bryan said he was also a veteran in the Navy and my husband who served in Vietnam wanted to give the business to him. All I want is what I was promised .
