Number one, it took them almost a year to complete the work.
They are fast, friendly and very accommodating. They bent over backwards to get the job done right.
When I was first told about them, I was told when it would be done, what would be done, and how long it was going to take. It was done quicker then they said and it was done professionally. The company was so nice as a whole. They treated me like family.
I understand the situation and unfortunately, we were the ones they had to learn their mistake from. We reached out to them we had heard about them on TV. All-State even recommended them, but it all fell thru. They didn't make sure the septic system was up to code and in the process, we lost everything. We're waiting in a condo for monies to get released to get our lives started again. LDR's crew will be out for the demo and turning the land into green space on Monday. We've been told this before and they didn't come thru so we'll see. Hopefully, no one else has to go thru this. It's real grief what we went thru. LDR tried to help and was negligent in their help.
The guys were easy to work with, they answered the phone when I needed them to when I had questions, and they took care of all of that. It worked out just fine.
Lynn was very professional. He did exactly what he said he was going.
The speed of response was outstanding and the follow through by all individuals was stellar!
The work is still not completed since April 2019 and it’s Dec 2019. There is a stage area that is never completed. Still waiting for it to be carpeted.

Water damage from a leaking water heater destroyed the laminate floors in the finished basement., LDR was fast, very efficient and completely explained all aspects of the job, from exactly what they were doing, to what the anticipated timing would be for completion. Couldn't be happier. Well, I guess I could have been happier if my water heater didn't leak in the first place, but hey....
