In the beginning when they were trying to win my business, they were very nice, but once I awarded the job to them, the communication stopped. They didn't tell me what they would be doing or give me any kind of schedule. I just never heard from them unless I contacted them. I also caught them throwing away trash from another job into my dumpster, which means that they were going to try to charge me extra for that. They are a shady company and should be dropped from the program. Luckily, I fired them and hired another construction company to finish my house.
Landmark did a great job on the wood floors and in the end they got everything done properly.
While they were doing this work we were in the process of moving and that complicated the whole matter of keeping in touch. I was not on location all the time when they were here. I think that Landmark did a good job. We also had a big tree that had to be removed and it took a long time to get that done, but that wasn't landmarks responsibility. I see it all as one thing, getting the repairs and work done in relation to a tree falling and impacting our deck and a little piece of our house. The whole issue was getting all of that done and Landmark was a part of that. They were helpful and I appreciated that.
