Designer was great. The subcontractors had Poor communication with regard to days who and what was being done. Issues with work done. Was supposed to be completed before Thanksgiving. Still not completed.

Rose has provided outstanding service and her design ideas have elevated our kitchen and bath projects well beyond our original concept. She is such a pleasure!

I started with a different kitchen design company, and I felt the designer was not listening to my wants/vision, or even interested in helping me at all. Once I walked into KSI, I knew I had found the right place! I recommend KSI Livonia to anyone redoing a kitchen or bathroom!

I felt the coordination of the job was poor. As an example. My designer told me the glass door measurements contractor had been called. A week later the actual person came to my home saying he’d just been called by KSI the afternoon before.

Once KSI received their payment, they were rude and not helpful. One cabinet was split down the middle. They sent me the box cabinet and asked if my Husband would put together. We didn't order a box, we ordered a finished cabinet.

Having my kitchen remodeled was a process that took 3 years of investigating, meeting with, and making plans with 7 different contractors. I finally was able to choose KSI Kitchens because I was most comfortable with the designer, Nikki, who is experienced, knowledgeable, and approachable. The recommended vendors impressed me with their great selection and quality products. I look forward to having a beautiful updated kitchen.
