I liked how the manager explained the whole process and the application of the roofing on our 1st. visit.

Overall a mixed experience. Good workmanship by labor group but poor communication, attempts to overcharge, zero presence at work site and inability to provide an invoice would turn me away from future work.

Always on time for any scheduled contact.That includes the initial meeting with Ben,for evaluation of my project and present an estimate, material drops, dumpster drop, and crew arrival!

Length of project drawn out. Error in material orders. Lack of communication. Left dumpster in our driveway for a month. Scratched driveway greatly from dumpster. Left extra materials in yard for over a month killing a large portion of grass.

Beautiful roof. Incredibly efficient roofers. My yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. They cleaned up every bit of roofing material. Good oversight by salesman. Everything was done as it was described to me when they sold me the roof. I couldn’t be more pleased. Great job Kingdom Roofing.

Adam was excellent in communicating during the roofing project. He sent pictures since I couldn't be home, and made sure to keep me updated.
