Everything could have been handled smoothly if scheduling took into consideration my availability. And disputes over the appearance of the roof should have been handled without threats from the office staff.
Great folks really know all about roofing and construction needs for your home if I 'm here for the next roof you will get my call many many thanks for the great job you did,
On March 4th 2019 we agreed to have Kennedy Construction Groups replace our existing roof and repair any rotten wood, and we signed an agreement estimating the cost to be $12,665.00. We also agreed to in house financing and agreed to extend the authorization to $15000.00 in case of cost overrun. On March 14, my wife was asked to authorize an additional $800.00 for 50ft of fascia and fascia board which she signed. I don’t understand why this was not included in the estimate. Once the job was complete, my wife noticed several problems which were minor and were corrected including a rotten soffit which supported an external light. In repairing the light, the electrical wire was cut. Kennedy refused to repair the wire or provide and electrician to repair the wire and light. Once the replacement was done I inspected the replacement showing a soffit with 3 holes for the one light. I advised Kennedy this is unacceptable, and another attempt was made. However, in this attempt, the soffit was correct but there were raised the shingles on the edge of the roof pointing up at about a 35% angle next to the soffit. My wife noticed the problem and brought it to my attention. I contacted Kennedy and was assured a crew would be disbursed the following Monday and I should be home at 9am. Now the date is April, 8th . I was called at 9 and advised it may be 11, then a few hours later, and finally they would not be coming at all, but would come next week. Kennedy’s representative said they would come again the following Monday, April 15th. The representative showed up that day but insisted I sign an agreement to pay $1535.00 for fixing the problems they created along with 2 other soffits. Otherwise, the work would not be done. I still have one soffit repaired with pieces of wood stuck together with silicon. I dare not ask for proper repair. Adding insult to injury, during the day of the repair, the all Spanish speaking crew (I speak Spanish) let me know they were not being paid for their time because of the errors. Not only is Kennedy Construction Group incompetent, but they are corrupt in their practices, and I suspect their hiring practices.
We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship and efficiency in which the work was carried out. From the beginning of the process with the salesman Mr Dan Tucker to the foreman Chip and his crew we were treated with the upmost respect and they genuinely had our best interest in mind.. We would recommend Kennedy Construction for all your roofing needs...
great job, the crew and office staff were GREAT. I highly recommend Kennedy Contruction Groups.
I strongly recommend Kennedy Construction. I interviewed several roofing companies. I am a retired construction worker from Missouri, so I know good working practices, including safety practices, when I see it. Everyone from the sales person to office staff to the work crew all worked as a team. I am very happy.
The girl in the office and the lead on my account were not very helpful, but everyone else was professional and courteous. I feel that their incompetence made Kennedy construction look bad.
workmanship ok but not what anticapated.
They are deceiving. They made the mistake and made me pay for it.
I am impressed with my roof, and the design of it!
They need to not damage people stuff. There was cosmetic issues around the edge. They had to pull it apart and replace a lot of wood, as there was a lot of wood damage. The roof is beautiful, but the edge of house, you can see all the stuff that was torn apart and not put back. They stepped through my roof. I will cost me $240 to get it fixed. I paid $20,000 for my roof.
I would highly recommend them. They were very professional. They showed up on time. They used high-quality products. I was scheduled two weeks later and they showed up two weeks early. They completed the job in 2.5 days. That was a huge accomplishment.
Everything was better than I could have hoped for!
I was very satisfied with the whole installation.
Kennedy roofing gave me a great product with top of the line materials. There staff was professional and courteous.
They did a great job for me.
Everything that they did was absolutely perfect! They were fast, polite, and really good.
Although not the least expensive of bids that I got, the professionalism of the staff from the estimator to the office contact to the installers persuaded me to go with them. I am very pleased and satisfied with the results. any questions I had were answered in 24 hours or less.
They worked on time and addressed the issues we had.
I recommend them as far as the quality. I was also very satisfied with the workmanship that was done.
thepeople from kennedy lied and never completed the work
these folk live up to their all I was told about them. The work they did was excellent and their crew were very professional.
